Thank you for helpful info that you kindly provided to my attention. I have a question related to one of the wiki's rules that I've read from the sources that you provided. Let us imagine that there is a Web site that formally speaking is exactly the "self-publication" of it's author. Let me also to provide some more details about this site. It has more than 15 years of Web history and there are tons of the references to this site from the leading universities around the globe that use it as a textbook. There are also more then hundred books (different encyclopedias including) that use this site as an reputable source of the info. Among thousands of online references Encyclopedia Brittanica provide link to one of the sections of this site.
