HRM edit

The best course of action is to make the necessary report at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations, giving details why you think they are a sockpuppet. that way if it turns out that they are and then continue to create more the possibility of the IP being blocked can be looked at. Do you have a link to where they made the legal threat. Thanks. Enter CambridgeBayWeather, waits for audience applause, not a sausage 05:02, 31 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Oh yes, the small communities. That's probably not a problem. If the articles are about a community, that is some people live there, then it should be OK. I notice from the source on a couple that there is no indication if any people do live there. But of course not having people there may be OK. Search for "Lake Kawaupaka" and scroll down from there for Dr. Blofeld's contributions. He creates those so quickly that there is the occasional complaint. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
