I removed your Geth paragraph because you gave no reason to think that the idea was borrowed from AFutD rather than from other fiction (see Group mind (science fiction)). As I said in my edit comment, the Geth (as you describe them) resemble the Boaty-Bits of Farthest Star (17 years before AfutD) much more than the Tines! —Tamfang (talk) 19:58, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
