July 2023 edit

Hello, I'm Mako001. I noticed that in this edit to List of state leaders in the 20th century BC, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 02:13, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to List of state leaders in the 11th century BC, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you would like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Ok, so removing that little "c" from before the year suggests that the date is known exactly. It is not, hence it has the little "c" for circa. Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 02:33, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

It is unfortunate that it took a block to get you to stop making those edits. Please do not continue to make the change of removing the circa abbreviation from dates without a proper explanation. This change gives a false impression of accuracy, when the exact dates are not necessarily known precisely. If you continue to remove the "c." from dates in this manner after this block expires, you will be blocked again. Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 12:27, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
