Good evening! I read your comment on my LJ about the article for KAMR.
I understand your concern (and it's not the first time this has come up in general)... but this isn't simply a decision I or you or the folks at the station can make. The consensus of people in the Wikipedia Television Station Project believe that staff lists are not allowed, because it falls in the category of ListCruft, and is non-encyclopedic. That's the broad term for making lists for the sake of making lists, and it can get out of hand quickly. (One station that I remember recently even had the janitorial staff listed.)
There's some disagreement about whether or not on-air staff should be listed (because of the notability in their locality), but for the most part, off-air staff has been removed from the vast majority of articles about local TV stations. Remember, these articles are not designed to be advertisements for the station, and truthfully, the staff deciding what goes in the article and what doesn't brings up Conflict of Interest issues.
Please, feel free to bring the discussion up with others, but for now, I would say that they need to be removed. I'm leaving them there for the time being, and will discuss it with an admin... but for now, I wouldn't guarantee that they'll stay. Amnewsboy 03:48, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

- Since you work for the station, it may be somewhat of a conflict of interest for you to edit the article. However, Wikipedia welcomes all contributions which maintain a neutral point of view; as long as that is maintained, there is no real problem with you contributing to this article.
- The problem with including all staff, both on-air personalities and off-air employees, is that, as Amnewsboy rightly states above, is that these lists often devolve into huge affairs. An encyclopedia article should be concise without unnecessary detail: on-air personalities may be notable in their local markets, but off-air staff usually fail Wikipedia's requirement for notability. You are free to discuss these issues at the relevant WikiProject, but for now, the consensus has been to keep these lists as short as possible. License tagging for Image:LizPartyUSA 020.jpg edit
Thanks for uploading Image:LizPartyUSA 020.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

I just notice you uploaded and placed an image of Amarillo's "night life" in its "downtown." Could you provide a better picture considering I can definitely see a person slammed his/her face on a rail.
