Welcome!

Hello, Kiaikido1, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created is an unreferenced biography of a living person. The Wikipedia community has decided that all biographies of living persons (BLPs) created after 18 March 2010 must have reliable sources, or they can be deleted.

This is not a judgement of the quality or notability of your article. If someone has put a {{prod blp}} template on the article (click this link to see what it looks like), you have ten days to add at least one reliable source to the article. Once you have added at least one reliable source to the article, you can remove the template. (To learn more about what is a reliable source, read Wikipedia:Reliable sources, and to learn how to cite sources, read Wikipedia:Citing sources. Or if you want an easier newcomer's look at citing sources, read Help:External links and references first.)

Going over some of the pages below will help you get a sense of Wikipedia, and knowing about Wikipedia's most important policies will help keep you out of trouble here (click [show] to see the links):

Proposed deletion of Kenjiro Yoshigasaki edit

Hello, Kiaikido1. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Kenjiro Yoshigasaki, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Kenjiro Yoshigasaki to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, Vanjagenije (talk) 23:26, 15 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Aikido articles edit

Good luck and thanks for the contribution. My advice is to merge the information into only one article since right now there is duplication and two independent articles might not make notability criteria. I can help with this.Peter Rehse (talk) 17:48, 16 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

My mistake I thought I wrote the article names. I meant that both Ki No Kenkyukai Association Internationale and Kenjiro Yoshigasaki contain similar information and in this case (and in several others) it is better to create one bigger article (with a redirect from the deleted one) rather than two small entries that may not survive notability. Just my advice but this is common practice when the notability of one relies on the other.Peter Rehse (talk) 20:35, 16 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Kenjiro Yoshigasaki edit

Please give your opinion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kenjiro Yoshigasaki. As you can see I suggest we merge all articles. After the AfD debate is done I can help you merge.Peter Rehse (talk) 15:14, 19 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

I know I saw that but right now the decisions are being made at the above link. That is the place to make your case. I would like to see an entry for Kenjiro Yoshigasaki.Peter Rehse (talk) 15:24, 19 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
Go to the AfD discussion and tell them there. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kenjiro YoshigasakiPeter Rehse (talk) 09:48, 23 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
