Welcome! edit

Hello, Kevindichosen1, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. Homosexuality edit

Hi! I saw that you chose to edit the article on homosexuality. Since this can be a controversial topic area, be very cautious when editing. Make sure that your editing is as neutral and factual as possible and that you're using the strongest possible sources. I would also post a note on the article's talk page to give people a head's up on what you plan on adding or editing - although in this specific occasion I do recommend reviewing the talk page archive to see if the topic has been discussed before. If anything is removed, make sure to discuss it on the article's talk page before re-adding anything.

This isn't meant to scare you away or anything like that - I just wanted to make sure that you were aware that this tends to be a controversial topic area even on here from time to time. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:41, 30 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
