You might want to re-edit this...you cannot have a statement claiming "property of" and also have released it to public domain. They are direct opposites of each other. If you release it to public domain, it is no longer your property, but property of the public, and they may do what the wish with it. Akradecki 19:46, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

The TM symbol has to go per WP:USERNAME

Kelly, regardless of the intellectual property argument, Wikipedia policy currently prohibits using usernames that have non-latin characters in them. The TM symbol is not an acceptable character to be using in the account name, nor is the copyright symbol or any related symbols which aren't letters or numbers or basic punctuation.

Accounts with special characters like the TM and copyright symbol have typically been blocked, until they are changed. You happened to not encounter an admin who blocks first and explains later so far, but you need to change it as soon as possible.

It would comply with this policy if you shift your accountname to "Kelly TM" or something like that, just using normal letters. To change your username, the process is to go to the page Wikipedia:Changing username and make a change request. The Wikipedia administrative burecrat-level permissions staff can then change it for you.
