You're welcome. I know it's hard to learn all the features and ways to edit articles. I've been editing here for almost two years and I'm still learning as I go.
Regarding making a discography and list of external links, it's not that hard. But my best advice when you're wondering about how to do something like this is to look at the wiki-source of an article that already has the thing you want to make. For instance, the Pink Floyd article (just picking one at random) has all this and more, so you can just click the edit link on the discography section in that article and see how it's done there and do the same in your article.
I see you've already received the standard "welcome" message above. It has some usefull links if you want to learn more and you might want to skim some of those. But after that, the best is just to experiment and try out stuff on your own when you edit. Don't be afraid to break or mess things up. As you've seen every article has a history of previous versions, and reverting back to where it was is easy. The only thing you should be extra careful about is making sure that you don't add any copyrighted material when you edit (text taken verbatim from other sites/books or images that are under copyright). Wikipedia can get in legal trouble if you do.

Thanks for asking. What is and what isn't acceptable to make external links to can sometimes be a gray area where oppinions differ. But in general, an external link should either have information that expands on the content of the wikipedia article or have content that cited as a reference. For instance, if an artist has made an interview available on a website and you are refering to that interview in the wikipedia article, then giving a link to it (the interview article) is both ok and apropriate. The Wikipedia guideline for external links can be found here. Maybe you'll get a feel for if the link you had in mind is apropriate after reading that guideline. If you're still in doubt after reading it, you could let me know which wikipedia article you wanted to add the link to, and what article on your site in particular that you believe are relevant to that wikipedia article, and I'll have a look and tell you what I think.
But one place where you certainly can put links to your own website on is your wikipedia userpage. In your case the User:Keithwalsh88 page which is empty as of now. It's the one that your signature links to. The user pages are there so wikipedia editors, like yourself, can tell a bit about themselves and where many users also put links to outside stuff that interest them or they are involved in. License tagging for Image:Moogprod2.jpg edit
Thanks for uploading Image:Moogprod2.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
