Request reason:
It took me lot of time to check why i have been blocked & how to appeal it after getting a block email i was literally shocked. I want to make it clear i have never used Wikipedia before as you can check i am still in learning stage. I always tried to follow Wikipedia guidelines, i never violated any guideline. I want to add the football related articles on Wikipedia and i had already conveyed this to one of a administrator that i am currently creating a few drafts related to football (not yet updated on Wikipedia). I think i don't deserve to be blocked i haven't yet done that much of edits and i have till now submitted only 1 draft to AFC. I am still new here & i never made any violation. I am clueless how i have been accused of sockpuppet. ✓ I again want to make it clear this is my only account i am not using any other account nor i have used Wikipedia before. ✓ Kindly unblock me and i guarantee you i will try to find out what i did wrong and i will never repeat that mistake. I wasn't aware that my account will be blocked because of this action. I just wanted to improve the football related content of my state on Wikipedia. And i have completed around 6 articles, i was about to make draft of those articles (all the articles related to football).
The draft which i submitted to AFC is related to a subject engaged at the top level of football in our state. I found that his article is already available on many other websites of encyclopedia organisations(available on google search) and i thought it will be accepted on Wikipedia also.
I got all the sources and information quickly about that subject on wikitia, bharatpedia etc and this is the reason i submitted it.
I am still preparing the other 6 articles related to football.
✓ I am still new to the Wikipedia, i have learned a bit till now on youtube. There might have been some violations from my side but i assure you those are unintentional.
It is my dream to work on the Wikipedia i am continuously increasing my knowledge related to Wikipedia. Please unblock my account i assure you there will be no violation of Wikipedia policies from myside now onwards. (KashmirValleyEditor (talk) 10:45, 11 May 2023 (UTC)).
- You may make another request for someone else to review. It is sometimes difficult to edit in areas where the subject has an interest in promotion. My suggestion would be that you agree to at least temporarily refrain from editing about football players.

I am again saying that I'm not the case of WP:SOCK.
Neither i have edited for any person nor i am promoting anyone. I have just started using Wikipedia. I'm totally confused how can you declare me SOCK without listening to me.
I am again declaring i just wanted to expand the football related information on Wikipedia. But it isn't an easy task. I'm being falsely associated with the things I'm not related to in anyway.
Kindly unblock me i will never edit Wikipedia now onwards. I dont wanna go with the blocked tag.

- You very clearly stated, "i never violated any guideline". I investigated and determined you did indeed violate WP:SOCK. I mentioned everything in my previous unblock requests but all in vain.
I request now kindly unblock me i will not edit untill i will learn everything about Wikipedia. No one is listening I'm continuously saying " i am still new to Wikipedia i might have violated any guideline but it is unintentional.

- We don't need you to learn every single policy(there are many, more than you probably think; even I, an admin, haven't read them all). We need you to learn the ones relevant to your editing and be honest about having violated them. If you need time to do that, you should withdraw your request until you have done it.
