Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

Thanks for uploading File:Kim Yashpal.jpeg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Hello! Thank you for looking over the image and upload, and for approaching me about this. My response to the deletion proposal is on the licensing page, and I’ll post it here as well:

It is disputed whether this file violates our non-free content criteria. The reason given is: <No fair use images can be created, and she does not fall under living person as it is not determined whether she is alive or not. The other alternatives are other screenshots from other films which are harder to use than this one, as this movie is more popular and as the songs and clips are shared freely popularly, this is the best one to use. This image does not fail the fair-use for the reason stated, in my belief.> Closing administrator: if the decision is to Keep the file please put {{Rk}} on the file description page. If the decision is to Delete please archive the discussion on the talk page between {{subst:Rtd}} and {{subst:Archive bottom}} and delete the file page.

This template should only be used on file description pages.
