recreation

It is one thing to make an effort to write a new, improved article about a subject when the article was previously deleted, but to recreate the entire deleted article word-for-word when there is consensus that the article as it stood should not be on Wikipedia is just a waste of effort and time for all involved. If you believe you can make an acceptable article on this person, I would suggest you utilize the drafting process to develop the article and obtain feedback from the community before trying to publish it again, which you will not be able to do anyway as I have protected it from being recreated.
