Thank you for updating me. I did not see the death date in the article, so I assumed he was a living person. I've since re-reviewed and removed the BLP PROD tag. I am sorry for this. As an FYI, Wikipedia has a conflict of interest policy. Your father appears to meet our notability guidelines for politicians, but we do require sources.
