@Bbb23 I saw the user vandalize the same page numerous times, and was in a hurry so I assumed their other edit was vandalism too. I have caught many other vandals (but I checked their edits first) and felt overconfident. JustAnAmateurEditor1 (talk) 00:39, 5 April 2024 (UTC)

Thanks for the quick clarification – that's okay, no worries. I would only be concerned about accounts that have actually been used for editing. And not just one or two edits, but rather a lot of them, before getting discouraged and returning with a new account. The quick jump towards reviewing others' contributions and rollbacking them and reporting users seemed to match the behavior of a few sockpuppeteers that have caused a headache to administrators for years.
