Sorry for the late message. As far as I am aware, others have used the concept of the Lord's recovery being a recovery of truths that were lost from the time of the apostles but I do not know if they used the term as extensively as Watchman Nee, a world-reknowned preacher who mentored Witness Lee, and Witness Lee. Watchman Nee, I believe, somewhat coined the term "the Lord's recovery" though the concept existed far before Nee.
