Speedy deletion nomination of Herman Wainggai edit

Hello Jtmoana,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Herman Wainggai for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Dat GuyWiki (talk) 21:58, 12 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

December 2015 edit

Hello, I'm Zppix. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Herman Wainggai without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I have restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.   Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Disambiguation link notification for December 19 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Herman Wainggai, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Asylum and West Papua. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:03, 19 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

The purpose of those links are to help average readers understand what the terms are in relation to the story itself. I will continue to improve the page by adding scholarly sources, and credible and verifiable sources/references. As of now, those links are only meant for easy reading and comprehension. I will continue to add notes and footnotes where needed and more references.

Thanks for raising these issues.

Speedy deletion nomination of West Papua Human Rights Center edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on West Papua Human Rights Center requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. – John M Wolfson (talkcontribs) 03:39, 13 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve West Papua Human Rights Center edit

Hello, Jtmoana,

Thanks for creating West Papua Human Rights Center! I edit here too, under the username John M Wolfson and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:-

Thank you for your zeal, but please wait until an organization has received non-trivial mention in multiple independent and secondary reliable sources before creating an article on it on Wikipedia. See here for details. – John M Wolfson (talkcontribs) 03:54, 13 August 2019 (UTC)

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|John M Wolfson}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.
