Leadbelly edit

I think you mis-read the article on Leadbelly -- the date in February is the date of his parents' marriage, not his birthdate. It is pretty clear from the opening sentence and the info-box what the date is, and the sentence also concludes with the date.--Larrybob 19:19, 15 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Chupacabra edit

Hi and welcome again!

Just a quick note that information on Wikipedia needs to be verifiable through reliable sources. This is true for all information on the project but especially for controversial subjects such as the above mentioned article. What this means is that Wikipedia should only claim that a chupacubra has been found if there is a reputable source, such as CNN or similar, that specifically and directly states the same. A video of a dead animal is just that - a video of a dead animal. If CNN says "we've confirmed this is a chupacubra", then it is appropriate to write a statements saying "a CNN report from September 4, 2009 states that the animal was confirmed to be a chupacubra" along with a reference where this information can be found by readers. The existing sources do not claim nor do they present proof of a chupacubra, only an unidentified dead animal.
