This is your Talk page where you can receive messages from other Wikipedians and discuss things with them. At the end of your messages you must put your signature by signing with four ~~~~ (just as I have done) or by pressing the button in the editor bar as shown here in the picture. By the way, you don't need to sign edits that you make in the articles themselves as those messages will be deleted. Another valuable page that may provide information and assistance is User:Persian Poet Gal/"How-To" Guide to Wikipedia. My name is Buster7. If you have any questions or face any initial hurdles, feel free to contact me on my talk page and I will do what I can to assist or give you guidance and contact information. Good Luck editing!

Your contributed article, Transdev York & First York edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Transdev York & First York. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Transdev York. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Transdev York - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. MikeWazowski (talk) 23:25, 28 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Removing Speedy at Transdev York & First York edit

Welcome to Wikipedia, thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from Transdev York & First York. Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
  2. This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willing to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 17:11, 29 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

March 2012 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to User:Arjayay with this edit, did not appear to be constructive, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Arriva edit

Wilipedia has no need of placeholders. I have moved Arriva York to User:Josh24B/sandbox. Do not move it back until it is a proper article. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:43, 7 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Andy Falconer (educator) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Andy Falconer (educator) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Proposed deletion of Arriva York edit

The article Arriva York has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Duplicates content at Arriva Yorkshire

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. §everal⇒|Times 16:47, 27 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

June 2012 edit

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to First York. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Charles (talk) 17:34, 5 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Utopia Coaches edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Utopia Coaches, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Valenciano (talk) 18:25, 5 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Favonian (talk) 18:49, 5 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

York Pullman edit

I'm not sure what you are trying to do with this edit[1] - replacing the content of the York Pullman article with that of the First York article - but it has the appearance of vandalism. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalise Wikipedia, as you did at York Pullman, you may be blocked from editing. Malcolmxl5 (talk) 20:23, 10 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is your last and only warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to York. Jim1138 (talk) 20:26, 10 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of Yorkshire Travel York for deletion edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Yorkshire Travel York is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Yorkshire Travel York until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Charles (talk) 20:36, 10 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Now tagged for speedy deletion as a hoax, since there's no evidence that the company exists and the list of routes is pure fantasy. Alzarian16 (talk) 23:00, 10 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I should be unblocked because my edits were not really disruptive and my account got hacked but it is no longer hacked and although I noticed that people who may edit like I did once or twice are a Sockpuppet which is odd, and I made pages but some clashed so were deleted, which I can understand, also I don't intend to be disruptive I was adding information that i thought was relevant but it seems it wasn't and also since it was blocked I haven't been on Wikipedia so I don't know who keeps doing this you may be wondering why they is a Josh26E and others they are Hacked by someone and who keeps been disruptive but this account is now safe, so please unblocked me. Thank You. Josh24B (talk) 20:27, 2 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

"I got hacked" is not a valid reason to be unblocked, and in fact guarantees you won't be unblocked, because then one of two things has happened: 1) You're lying to us, which is a big point against unblocking you, or 2) You were hacked, in which case we need to leave your account blocked for security and copyright reasons. Either way, request declined. Hersfold (t/a/c) 00:16, 3 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
