• There is no question of restoring the deleted article, as it was a copyright infringement. Any Wikipedia administrator who re-posted the content after it was known that it infringed copyright would personally be legally responsible. (At first, I didn't notice that it was deleted for copyright reasons, and offered to email the text to you, but that offer no longer applies.)
