Unfortunately, that's not quite how WP works - in order for there to be an article, someone has to be the subject of significant coverage in reliable sources. (See WP:N, WP:GNG, WP:BIO - WP:LOCALFAME and the fact of WP:LOCALINT having failed are also relevant, since they demonstrate that school board candidacy, municipal court fines and the like are not sufficient to demonstrate notability). –Roscelese (talkcontribs) 13:50, 4 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
