Nashua and other NH places edit

Hi Jordan -- Thanks for getting in touch. I hesitated before moving the "Notable residents" section in Nashua, New Hampshire back to its place just after History, partly because I noticed the same thing about the Concord article, but I also know that User:SatyrTN has spent a great deal of time organizing the municipal articles in a standard manner. I suggest you get in touch with SatyrTN and see if he has anything written up, because I couldn't find the standards either. Cheers, --Ken Gallager 16:22, 18 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

NH Towns & Cities edit

Hi, Jordan! Thanks for asking! At some point, I found a standard section list for cities and towns, but I don't quite remember where. Probably WP:CITIES. I also spent some time going through all 220 NH cities and towns and standardizing a bit, adding and completing the infobox, etc. In doing that, I came up with User:SatyrTN/InfoBox Sandbox2, which is just a scratch page I was using. But the section list is there on the right. I'm not necessarily glued to using that list, but I think I did a pretty good job of forming the NH towns to fit it. I suppose it could even be copied to WP:NH for consensus, but there are precious few of us actually working on NH articles, so that may not be worth any time and effort :)

Hope that helps! And let me know if I can use my bot to help with anything. -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 16:54, 18 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

WikiProject Synthesizer edit

Hi. I've recently started a Synthesizers WikiProject. I wanted to let you know in case you are interested in helping out. BTW, great job on the Wavestation article. You've really improved it quite a bit. --Mperry 18:49, 14 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the compliment, Mperry. And well done on starting a Synth Wiki Project, which is desperately needed. I've added it to my watchlist and will ensure my edits conform to any guidelines posted for the project. Of course I'll help out where I can. I see that the Wavestation article is a candidate... I hope to improve it further over the next few weeks. See ya around! JordanSealy 10:03, 15 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hockey Player edit

Re your comment on my talk page... I suppose I should restore the hockey player. In fact, I just did. I thought about that a couple of days ago, but hadn't gotten around to it. Thanks for the reminder. And yes... it may have been a bit "snarky", I admit... but honestly I really do care about the inconsistency. Rhsatrhs (talk) 02:43, 22 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
