ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message edit

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. I just spent some time rewording a paragraph you had copied word-to-word from an ISRO page in 2009. I now see that you added copyrighted content to Wikipedia as recently as last year.
