Proposed deletion of Rockson Kwame

The article Rockson Kwame has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Nomination of Amenu Moro for deletion

I was in the process creating an article, my WIFI got disconnected so after I managed to get it back, I was blocked and could no longer continue the article . I was about creating an article using my personal phone as hotspot to serve internet for my laptop, that is when i found out the IP address has been blocked and till now and yet i have no idea why it has been blocked. My IP keeps been blocked anytime I try to edit and I don't know where this problem is coming from. I have tried on both my office laptop and personal Laptop but still the same problem. Even when the period set for the block expire, I still get blocked for editing again and the IP keeps changing. I'm so confused and don't know what to do again. Please help.
