Your addition of "(Which is very surprising indeed, as at the time of taking the name, Vodafone had analogue voice services only, and had no knowledge of, or services for, data.)" is not referenced or verifiable. To be accepted onto Wiki any entry must meet a certain minimum criteria. Furthermore, the statement is not true as Vodafone offered paging, which is DAta, from it's very inception, I believe!
