Welcome!editHello, Jmills815, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained. There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Lugia2453 (talk) 22:40, 9 November 2012 (UTC) Speedy deletion nomination of Futz!edit
A tag has been placed on Futz! requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Lugia2453 (talk) 22:40, 9 November 2012 (UTC) November 2012editPlease do not add or change content, as you did to List of programs broadcast by Disney Junior (United States), without verifying it by citing reliable sources. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Part of your edit was exactly the same strange edit made by a now blocked IP, so I assume you're the same person. If so please read WP:SOCK. Meters (talk) 22:59, 9 November 2012 (UTC) Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at List of programs broadcast by Disney Junior (United States). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Exactly the same unsourced edit with broken formatting as last time. Please source it and look at what you are adding to avoid the broken formatting. Meters (talk) 20:04, 10 November 2012 (UTC) Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Mudpit (TV series), you may be blocked from editing. You've made multiple unsourced edits listing TV shows producers that contradict the contents of the article. If you have sources fo rthese claims then list them, otherwise I am going to assume that youare intentionally introducing errors. Meters (talk) 21:59, 10 November 2012 (UTC) Your recent editing history at List of programs broadcast by Disney Junior (United States) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at List of Nelvana franchises, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. King of Nothing (talk) 20:20, 11 November 2012 (UTC) This is your last warning. The next time you make disruptive edits to Wikipedia contrary to the Manual of Style, as you did at List of Nelvana franchises, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. King of Nothing (talk) 21:46, 11 November 2012 (UTC) You have been blocked temporarily from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text Materialscientist (talk) 00:07, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} , but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent vandalism will not be tolerated. Although vandalizing articles on occasions that are days or weeks apart from each other sometimes prevents editors from being blocked, your continued vandalism constitutes a long term pattern of abuse. The next time you vandalize a page, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia without further notice. You came back from your block and immediately remade the edits you were blocked for. Several IPs have made the same edits so it appears that you are socking and evading blocks as well. As I said before, You can stop, explain, or be put up for a block. Meters (talk) 17:52, 15 November 2012 (UTC) Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Being Ian with this edit. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. –sumone10154(talk) 21:56, 15 November 2012 (UTC) |
Blocked
editDear Jmills815,
I have collapsed previous messages left on your talk page in the hopes it would make you more likely to see this message. As you may have noticed, numerous editors have been reverting your additions to Wikipedia and leaving you warnings. You were even blocked for a day as a result. While we welcome new editors and new contributions, Wikipedia is a collaborative project. When editors find themselves in a disagreement, they pursue dispute resolution rather than edit warring. If you are unwilling or unable to discuss your work with other editors, you are not permitted to be here. Since that seems to be the case, I have blocked your account indefinitely. If and when you understand why you were blocked, and wish to return to editing without edit warring, you may appeal this block by placing the text {{Unblock|Your reason here}}
on this page. Someguy1221 (talk) 22:40, 15 November 2012 (UTC)
