October 2010 edit

Stay off article and article talk pages with your soapboxing. You have been given multiple warnings on your other user talk page about this. Wikipedia is not your personal blog, but is meant to produce articles based on third party reliable sources. Tim Shuba (talk) 23:13, 23 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not use talk pages such as Talk:Special relativity for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article. They are not to be used as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 20:29, 24 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use talk pages for inappropriate discussion, as you did at Talk:Special relativity, you may be blocked from editing. - DVdm (talk) 12:24, 27 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

November 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Wikipedia:Reference desk/Science, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot NG.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Wikipedia:Reference desk/Science was changed by Jh17710 (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.963847 on 2010-11-03T04:53:58+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 04:54, 3 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Stuff you've been writing edit

Hi, is there stuff you've been writing like in your userpage and the reference desk entirely your own work? If not and e.g. you are copying from a text book, lecturer provided notes, homework assignments or whatever please stop since as Wnt has mentioned, given the level you are copying this raises real WP:Copyright concerns. The warning you see everytime you edit which says "Please do not copy and paste from copyrighted websites – only public domain resources can be copied without permission" and the other notes about copyright apply. Do note if you continue to violate copyrights, you're likely to be blocked. Nil Einne (talk) 14:01, 30 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Belated response to your post edit

Hi John,

I wrote a very lengthy response to your post here yesterday. I didn't post my response until a day and a half after you most recently posted on that page, so I figured I'd mention my post here in case you were no longer watching that page. Red Act (talk) 14:38, 30 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
