CeCe & Whitney edit

Hey... on CeCe & Whitney... who is godmother to whose children? CeCe to Whitney? Whitney to CeCe? or both to each other? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Souldier77 (talkcontribs) 05:50, 17 December 2006 (UTC).Reply

Cece is godmother to Whitney's kids Jgcarter 05:52, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
OK cool. I corrected the trivia! Souldier77 19:53, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Actually, Whitney's only given birth to one child, Bobbi Kristina. The other kids are Bobby's from previous relationships. Check out her page. Of course, think about it... have you ever heard of Whitney being pregnant any other time than around when The Bodyguard came out? And you know they dig all in Whitney's business. It's a dang shame. Souldier77 20:05, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
But she only got one kid! And you know "kids" is gon' take some explaining if Whitney really goes through with the divorce the media's been talkin' about. Souldier77 20:15, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Doin' too much? edit

Hey JG, I'm sorry. I'm probably doin' too much now. I just edited your user page so it forwards to your discussion page. I just wanted to be able to click on your name and then drop a comment on your page since we always talkin' about somethin. P.S. I got started on Coko's page, and I moved that little toy company out of the way and put in a request to move Coko Clemons back to just Coko, since people who know her just link there anyway. Holla! Souldier77 20:24, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yo, I am gon' cut you though. 'Cause you put "alblum" on that page again. I TOLD ju I was gon' cut'chu! Souldier77 20:25, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry again! I think I messed up some edits you were doing on Coko's page. I'm not sure. Could you check and make sure everything's still cool? Souldier77 23:16, 18 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Hey, the Coko edits worked out great! ≈≈≈ You know me though. I have to fuss with everything (doin' the most), so I added the date it was written (so people wouldn't think it was recent) and who wrote it. By the way, thanks for putting me up on that "accessdate" thing. I have to use that 'cause some of these references change day to day! ≈≈≈ Only one other thing: I gave your reference a name (look at the comparison), so you wouldn't have to cite the whole thing twice and have two copies of it show up under "References". — Souldier77 03:13, 20 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Men Of Standard edit

Hey, can you do me a favor, and find some places to link the new stub I started on Men Of Standard? If you can add details to it, that'd be great. It seems like I'm only starting articles on people I don't know jack diddly squat about. But I guess that's the point, so other people can contribute too. — Souldier77 13:48, 19 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

your recent edits edit

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia! You recently added an external link to YouTube in an article. It has been removed because the link pointed to a non-encyclopedic source.

Per WP:COPYRIGHT:
External sites can possibly violate copyright. Linking to copyrighted works is usually not a problem, as long as you have made a reasonable effort to determine that the page in question is not violating someone else's copyright. If it is, please do not link to the page. Knowingly and intentionally directing others to a site that violates copyright has been considered a form of copyright infringement in the United States (Intellectual Reserve v. Utah Lighthouse Ministry). Also, linking to a page that illegally distributes someone else's work sheds a bad light on Wikipedia and its editors. If the site in question is making fair use of the material, linking is fine.

Please refer to Wikipedia's policy on external links for more information.

Image:Cecejet.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Cecejet.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MECUtalk 02:00, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image copyright problem with Image:CeCe.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading Image:CeCe.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. MECUtalk 02:01, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Unspecified source for Image:CeCe.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:CeCe.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then you need to specify who owns the copyright, please. If you got it from a website, then a link to the website where it was taken from with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 02:01, 16 January 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MECUtalk 02:01, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Cross Bronx edit

Hi. Why do you keep removing I-695 from the terminus of the Cross Bronx. The designation actually ends at the split of I-295 and I-695 so I-695 should be listed. --Polaron | Talk 20:17, 18 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I think that is the best way to go. I realize the I-295 portion is technically an extension but still it's part of the overall Cross Bronx Expressway. Sorry if I sounded rude. --Polaron | Talk 20:22, 18 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

There is an article for Interstate 95 in New York that contains an exit list for the entire length of I-95 in New York. You can use that as a template for building other exit lists. If you need any specific help, feel free to leave me a message. --Polaron | Talk 20:30, 18 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Issue #2

The second issue of the WP:NJSCR newsletter celebrates the promotion of Interstate 295 (Delaware-New Jersey) to good article status, as well as changes to the project on the county routes side.

Project News
  • For all non-500-series county routes, the state is NJ County_name, and the type is blank.
  • Infoboxes are set up for the following counties: Sussex, Ocean, Mercer, Cumberland, Bergen, Middlesex, Atlantic, and Monmouth.
  • The following counties have a full set of shield SVGs: Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Sussex
  • If you need help -- such as an infobox for another county, or more shield images -- don't hesitate to let Northenglish know. If you create an infobox that doesn't work properly (lots of redlinks), enclose it in an HTML comment (<!-- -->), and we'll get it working ASAP.
Member of the Month

Interstate 95 in New Jersey edit

Yes, but that's all made clear in the article text. The disclaimer you wrote was just plain incorrect. -- NORTH talk 19:14, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, my last message was a little biting. The mainline turnpike is signed as I-95 all the way to the split with the Pennsylvania Extension; it's just the extension that is unsigned. What exactly do you feel needs to be clarified that isn't covered by explicitly separated the two segments? -- NORTH talk 19:22, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
Polaron reverted you again, but check out my most recent version to see if that compromise works out for you. -- NORTH talk 19:29, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
Correction: I reverted twice, then added to add a compromise disclaimer. ;) Polaron had the third revert. -- NORTH talk 21:58, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
I meant that I had two, and he had one (the third one on that page). -- NORTH talk 23:11, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
To quote WP:3RR, "An editor must not perform more than three reverts, in whole or in part, on a single page within a 24-hour period. Any editor who breaches the rule may be blocked from editing for up to 24 hours in the first instance, and longer for repeated or aggravated violations." It does help with edit warring; edit wars are generally confined to a single page, so it makes sense. -- NORTH talk 23:22, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
