Beg pardon, but an SPI report is not an "attack page", it is a report of someone else's documented activity. Just as an accurate report of vandalism is not considered uncivil, let alone an "attack", nor is an accurate SPI report. The "offensive content" you're trying to remove (diff) is merely part of that report, as it was written by the person who was being reported for sockpuppetry. It should be preserved as it is part of the reason for the conclusions of those who reviewed the report.
Furthermore the page you're complaining about (I know what page from your edit history, leading to the edit history of the page, which also shows your previous IP (from the same ISP and the same city) and your previous attempt to "censor", as you put it, the same page) is an archive page of SPI reports. Archive pages should never be edited (except in extreme cases, e.g. BLP violations) as they are intended to be a record of past discussion. If the admins who read my original SPI report, confirmed it and closed it (here), and moved it to the archive page a year ago (here) did not see fit to bowdlerize the reportee's edit summary, then it is not within any non-admin's purview to assert later editorial oversight on the archive. Please also become familiar with "Wikipedia is not censored". Thank you. Jeh (talk) 06:03, 20 November 2016 (UTC)
