Please keep the mission of Wikipedia in mind. We provide the public with accepted knowledge, working in a community. We do that by finding high quality secondary sources and summarizing what they say, giving WP:WEIGHT as they do. Please do not try to build content by synthesizing content based on primary sources.

Please use high-quality, recent, secondary sources for medical content (see WP:MEDRS; for the difference between primary and secondary sources, see the WP:MEDDEF section.) High-quality sources include review articles (which are not the same as peer-reviewed), position statements from nationally and internationally recognized bodies (like CDC, WHO, FDA), and major medical textbooks. Lower-quality sources are typically removed. Please beware of predatory publishers – check the publishers of articles (especially open source articles) at Beall's list.

The ordering of sections typically follows the instructions at WP:MEDMOS. The section above the table of contents is called the WP:LEAD. It summarizes the body. Do not add anything to the lead that is not in the body. Style is covered in MEDMOS as well; we avoid the word "patient" for example. We don't use terms like "currently", "recently," "now", or "today". See WP:RELTIME. More generally see WP:MEDHOW, which gives great tips for editing about health -- for example, it provides a way to format citations quickly and easily.

Citation details are important: Be sure to cite the PMID for journal articles and ISBN for books. Please include page numbers when referencing a book or long journal article, and please format citations consistently within an article. Do not use URLs from your university library that have "proxy" in them: the rest of the world cannot see them. Reference tags generally go after punctuation, not before; there is no preceding space. We use very few capital letters (see WP:MOSCAPS) and very little bolding. Only the first word of a heading is usually capitalized. Common terms are not usually wikilinked; nor are years, dates, or names of countries and major cities. Avoid overlinking! Never copy and paste from sources; we run detection software on new edits. I want to know why people are so closed minded on Wikipedia?

I lt just seems to me that people don't want to know or they do and they don't want other people to know the truth. For example that 5G is dangerous technology. For over 70 yeas the government and hundreds of private companies have done test on the dangers of electromagnetic radiation. The higher the power, the smaller the wave length, the more dangerous it is. This is not a made up but good solid years of research. That's why we have the Underwriters Laboratory. The UL sticker on anything electronic. They test all electronic devices to make sure they are safe for us to use. The problem is the government keeps raising the exposure limits to suit the technology, not vice versa as it should be. One of the big 5g towers was deployed a block away from my house. Since it has been turned on both my fish have died, my bird died, my dog has gotten sick. I had a pretty garden that was beautiful every year for the last 20 years. It's the middle of summer and it looks like fall is now. They are all turning brown. The 5g wave length spectrum is close to that of microwave ovens. The 5g towers are cooking us slowly like we are being microwaved. I currently am having tests done to see if I have cancer, as I developed a syst on my right testicle last week. I have since built a Faraday cage in my house, dog house around her pen and in my man cave which is a shed in my back yard. I should not have to do this though. It's only a opinion but when you can feel something is not right you have to trust your instincts. If we are the best country in the world, we have the finest scientists, the best technological equipment around, the biggest budget in the world, why can't we utilize some of it to do some proper testing on 5g from a independent organization before the roll out? The results can not be trusted if we let the industry police themselves. That's a fact. I don't need any facts or retorts on this. My only purpose for ranting about this is hopefully a few people will look into this for themselves. If you have kids, a wife, family, pets and you live by one of these towers, your night be swayed if you research for yourself. I hate to say this but we all know Wikipedia is very liberaly slanted on the material here. I'm ok with that, but don't flat out change data or even lie as some people have here in the past and even currently have. It might be your mom's or wife's or kids health that could be next, then how will you feel if your political views clouded your judgment in this matter and their lives were directly affected because of it? Some people do believe everything they read on here to be 💯 accurate. Which let's be truthful, it's not anywhere. Not in a library, the internet or wikiapedia.. but when it is blatantly misleading, that's something that should not be tolerated. So please consider what I say with a open mind and consider your community and find out more on this subject and let's see if I am truly wrong or if I might be on to something, because God help us if I'm right. No one is safe then at that point if it's rolled out nation wide. None of you. I really hope I am wrong, but my gut tells me otherwise. Jayram1408 (talk) 21:31, 31 July 2020 (UTC)
