Firstly, that is not an incorrect image, its the most recent image we have (taken this month) and MORE importantly, its a free image which means its licences have been wavered. The image you keep adding is NOT a free image which means wikipedia is NOT allowed to use that image. If you are really James Morrison, prove it, take an image of yourself and upload it to wikipedia, a recent image will prove who you are, anyone can claim to be anyone on wikipedia and if you can prove who you are , you can use any image "taken" by you, but you are not allowed to add that image again, its is NOT a free image, and it is NOT allowed per wikipedia policies.--Stemoc (talk) 06:06, 20 May 2014 (UTC)

Understood. There is no need to use capitals to speak to me. I have contacted the photographer for the release for that image. Will I be able to use it then? In the meantime, please remove that image. It is incorrect in that it is not an official image, it is taken by a fan at a convention. That is why I want it removed. I have many official images that I want on this page. That is not one of them. Where should I upload the recent photo to? have you see our domain? its .org, that means we are a non-commercial organisation so we really don't care about using "official" images, people pay commercial companies to use official images, we allow it for free as long as one can prove the image they are adding has been released freely, I can't help you here but if you prove to the OTRS by validating the release of the image, it can be used, and even then, its a very poor image, Wikipedia prefers pictures where you can CLEARLY see a person's face, as images are there only for "Identification" purpose, not for commercial viability...case in point the pic of Joshua Malina who got his agent to release an old but good image for use on his article...--Stemoc (talk) 06:33, 20 May 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:James Morrison Dances With Films.jpg, which you've attributed to (Flickr link = page not found). I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license.
