Hey -- look at Wikipedia:Sockpuppetry. Basically, this is an accusation that your account is an account run by the same person as the owner of another account, and that the multiple accounts are being used to either (1) make certain activities appear to have broader support than they really do, or (2) to circumvent a block. User:Mechanismtongs is the account this one is thought to be related to. If this is all incorrect, checkuser will amost certainly detect it, so just hang tight.
