Speedy deletion nomination of WinToFlash

there is an article about this tool on Russian version of wiki (https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/WinToFlash), I'm translation it to English. also this is useful tool for multiboot, why old-style singleboot UNetbootin article exists but this can't? Maybe, it's not so wiki now, but I will work on it a bit later!

I'm not trying to create ads material, I'm writing about famous (see softpedia, fiberdownload, lifehacker) app!

I see, I translated easiest stuff first) Let me to work a little more and I'll add more material like interesting facts, press articles and other things from original page.

So, I added new section "History of development" and "Interesting Facts". Is this what are you talking about?
