Minor edits

Hi Jacobin 357! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. You tend to mark a lot of edits as minor when they definitely shouldn't be. You deleted at least a full sentence, inserted to where tags and reordered paragraphs and changed some wordings. While I don't necessarily object, they are not obviously unobjectionable. Introduction to contentious topics

You have recently edited a page related to articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic designated as contentious. Read the template. It states clearly that it means nothing other than that you have recently edited a biography. Template is to make you aware of the extra care required. But if you ask for concrete feedback that applies generally but in particular to contentious topics: leave edit summaries and don't mark as minor if it isn't entirely unobjectionable. This isn't about the article on Francesca Gino, who is still alive, so I don't know which article you are referring to so can't address the incident which you refer to. I simply cannot read your mind. Please review Wikipedia Welcome graphic at the very top of my page: Under "Community" it says to "Assume good faith."
