I appreciate your effort to improve Wikipedia, but phrases such as "many boxing historians feel" (which includes weasel words), and "when he demolished Michael Spinks" (which is an example of peacock words, words that do not add anything to the article but put its subject—here, Mike Tyson—into a positive light) are not considered constructive, and will be removed. ベリット 話せます 16:18, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
"some boxing historians" is still not appropriate for Wikipedia, even if it is used elsewhere. Wikipedia's policies may not match up with the policies of other sources, but this is Wikipedia and not those other sources, so we have to go by the rules here. I recommend either removing that sentence or, if you are able to, naming one or two specific historians who have said something along these lines and quoting them. Also, to clean things up a bit, I've started a section at the bottom of my talk page with your comments moved to it; please reply there instead, and don't forget to sign your posts on talk pages by adding four tildes (~~~~). ベリット 話せます 16:43, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 20:48, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
