User talk:Ivanvector/Michigan IP

@Arthur Rubin, NewsAndEventsGuy, JamesBWatson, Anna Frodesiak, and Viriditas: I've started this page in response to a recent ANI thread concerning this user. It's been suggested that it would be useful to have a long term abuse case to refer to when reverting this user who hops IPs frequently, so I've taken a stab at it based on information that some of you have compiled. I built this in my user space because I'm not really sure of the process here.
