Welcome! edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! June 2022 edit

Hello, I'm NinjaRobotPirate. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 05:16, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to David Shaughnessy. Thank you. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 20:20, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Anthony Ruivivar, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop adding unsourced names, birth dates, and other personal details. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:18, 4 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi Insectron! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Greg Weisman that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you.   Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Greg Weisman does not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Sariel Xilo (talk) 00:03, 11 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 04:15, 13 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 21:30, 14 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

The first thing you did when coming off a block for adding unsourced content to biographies is to add more unsourced content to a biography. Because you silently waited out the last block and resumed your disruption, I've made this block indefinite. You will need to make an unblock request before you can resume editing. In your unblock request, please address the unsourced dates and names you've added to multiple biographies. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 21:37, 14 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
