Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The name used by the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. article is what we use at List of longest-running scripted U.S. primetime television series. They use Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and not Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. If they aren't willing to rename their article, then we aren't going to rename it on our list. dreiss2 (talk) 17:09, 9 July 2020 (UTC)

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:52, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

January 2021

Hello, I'm Doniago. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Characters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 14:33, 12 January 2021 (UTC)

Wanda

you're joking, right?

i call out a guy who MISREADS my post, completely hijacks the discussion, SWEARS at me, and then "closes" the section before i have a chance to correct him, and u say that *i* am being uncivil?! what thu...??

have a closer look, you'll see that my post was fine. shall i just add it again? 66.30.47.138 (talk) 03:23, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

I see what you're saying, but two wrongs don't make a right. If you have a dispute with another editor, please leave a polite message on their user talk page rather than adding unconstructive comments on the subject's talk page. Also, please remain calm at all times and avoid making any personal attacks to others, such as name-calling. Thank you. InfiniteNexus (talk) 03:41, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

Notice

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Disambiguation link notification for May 7

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Mjolnir (comics), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Battle of New York. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:55, 7 May 2021 (UTC)

Fixed, by the way. InfiniteNexus (talk) 06:05, 1 July 2021 (UTC)

Question

I've been wondering, how do you always find my new MCU redirects so fast? IronManCap (talk) 18:46, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

@IronManCap: Ah, as the creator of the page Features of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, I receive a notification whenever a link (redirect) has been made to the article. You can learn more at Help:Notifications#Links to articles you created. InfiniteNexus (talk) 19:37, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
Yeah, I receive those every so often for the few articles I've made. You must be inundated with notifs all the time then. IronManCap (talk) 19:52, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
That's true. I usually find them quite helpful, though! InfiniteNexus (talk) 20:08, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
