Your draft - U.S. Committee of the Blue Shield edit
Hello, Imachrischan. I thought I'd reply here rather than on the Teahouse regarding your draft. It's better, and you did take out the 'we do this' etc that I thought I saw in the initial draft (this revision here). So that's that problem solved.
First, you need to format the headers properly. Use only ==Two equals signs== either side of the word you want to be a section heading, and write the headings in lower case letters, e.g.: ==Military training==.
Try not to use contractions such as 'Some of USCBS goals and challenges are to raise public awareness about why it's important to protect cultural heritage,'. We're looking for ultra-formal language here, which is probably why I mistook it for a promotional article written by a committee member. People often make mistakes about Wikipedia's tone; thinking we're a journalistic outlet. So the tone needs work.
There needs to be distinct structure to the article. You need a lead paragraph, which summarises the rest of the article. Then you need several headings expanding on the history and role of the committee. Try not to focus too much on recent things the committee has done; try to get some depth into the article on the history, when it was set up, what the structure of the organisation is (without going into detail about the current administration). Basically, re-focus it on something you might find in a regular encyclopaedia rather than on their webpage. You agree with and support their aims, which is great, but you need to take a slightly more detached perspective. For starters, look at the existing ICBS page and the International Council of Museums article for some hints at how to lay out and write a good Wikipedia article (although both those articles could still do with some work).
Also, read the guidelines on images. Galleries aren't really used like how you've done it here: you need a few, well-chosen, specific images documenting the work of the Committee itself, rather than a collection of examples of blue shields from other jurisdictions. (The US Committee is unlikely to have erected blue shields in Austria or Germany, for instance, or be involved in Swiss bunker construction.) If you have some images of the work of the US Committee that can be released under a free image, that's what the page needs rather than random international examples of the ICBS' work.
You also need a References section. The code looks something like this:

which organises your references at the bottom of the page in a section of their own.
I think the draft has potential but you will want to study the various guidelines closely. It's a lot of work but it will pay off once you understand what you're doing and why.
