Edit summaries

I appreciate that you corrected the dates of Pierce's senate term.[1] It would have been even better if you'd explained your change in your edit summary. Skeptical editors like me are worried when we see unexplained changes of dates and have to go double check them. If you simply say somethng like "correct dates" then that's helpful. You're welcome. I'm hoping to do something with Boheme/Murger, but I need to start on the page for Murger's version, which needs to be redone entirely. I have a ton of notes on Boheme but they're not well-referenced, so I need to get organized if I'm going to document properly. (P.S. Do you know Susan Narucki? Ah, because I created Susan Narucki's article? No, I don't know her. But the Opera Project's Singers of the Month for December 2007 were "New Music Divas" who either lacked articles or had ones needing expansion. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Everett

Thanks for your work. I usually do bring my camera when I'm up in Everett; I think that about 90% of the Everett photos on Commons are mine. That said, like most Seattleites I don't spend a lot of time up there (more than most, but it's not like the bright lights beckon).

Do let me know if you think there are things up there that need pictures and don't have them. The only thing I'm specifically aware of is that the Swalwell Cottage (2712 Pine St.) was apparently fixed up this summer, and I should go back and get another batch of photos. - Jmabel | Talk 06:20, 6 November 2009 (UTC)

Yes, that's the one. I haven't actually been there, but I'm told there's a big granite pyramid for the Ruckers there. Some time I'll make a visit. Your mansion pictures look great.
