Press release photos

Unfortunately the three images you uploaded are copyright of the company and must be deleted. The company website, where the images are found clearly says: "Use of photographic imagery in this gallery is for the convenience of media reporting. Each use should be accompanied by the credit line, "Courtesy of TOM Group Limited". Downloading of images for other commercial uses is not allowed without the written consent of TOM Group." This is not a free license that Wikipedia can use and because these people are living, it is assumed that a freely licensed image can be obtained. Sorry but we treat copyright violations very seriously here and press/media photos are no use to use unless they are clearly in the public domain which there are not. If you know these people perhaps you can take a photo yourself or if they are well known maybe you will find a flickr or other free image to use. You could always ask them for permission to use these images by following the instruction at WP:PERMISSION but you should probably familiarise yourself with WP:ICT anyway. All the information you need are at WP:PERMISSION however most commercial companies do not release their images under a free licence, but good luck. If you don't get a free licence permission you cannot use the images. Sorry. ww2censor (talk) 16:09, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
