Hi Isaac! I was replying to your message at the help desk, and I figured I should give you a proper welcome. :o) Also, based on your contributions, I'm assuming the page you were referring to is Pilot licensing in Canada. As long as the new section headers aren't controversial or disputed, I'd be happy to help you go through "What Links Here" on that page and fix any links that may be broken. Please accept my welcome below, and let me know if you need anything.

Welcome from EWS23 edit

Hello Icitrom! My name is Eric, and it is my pleasure to be the first to welcome you to Wikipedia! I hope you will decide to stay a long time and help us continue to make this one of the greatest sites on the world wide web. Here are a few useful links for you to explore:

In addition to that great wealth of knowledge, let me offer you this advice: do what you enjoy! If you enjoy contributing to sports articles, do so! If you like to correct typoes (...), write new articles, find better ways to organize articles, make useful templates, work on projects with others, or even welcome new members, do so! A happy member of our community is a productive member of our community. You can read all of the above links to the last word, or you can jump right into editing. Be bold!

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have the need to sign a page without the time and date, you can use three tildes (~~~). If you have any questions that aren't easily found with the above links, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, or you can put {{helpme}} on this page with a question, and someone will come along to answer it. Once again, welcome to Wikipedia and enjoy!

Hi! (By the way, you sent the message to the exact right place.) "What Links Here" should show up on the left hand toolbox with any page you view, just below the "Search" box. Also, when signing on discussion pages, instead of typing "--Isaac", you can type four tildes (~~~~), which will provide a link to your username. (This can be customized to your preferences, as you can tell that mine has been with the green color and specialized text. If you'd like, I can help you personalize your signature if you want it to show up as "Isaac" instead of "Icitrom.") Well, I suppose that's way too much for now...let me know if you need anything else. :o) EWS23 (Leave me a message!) 04:54, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
As far as I know, both #SectionName and PageName#SectionName should work. (You would need the PageName part if you're linking to another article) However, you will want to make the text be something other than "#SectionName". You can do this by "piping" the links by doing something like this: [[#SectionName|this]] which will show up like this. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any questions or problems. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
