Speedy deletion nomination of Carpenter career diploma

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Carpenter career diploma requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.pennfoster.edu/programs-and-degrees/construction-and-maintenance/carpenter-career-diploma/program-outline. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.   Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Kim Bồng woodworking village. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Acroterion (talk) 21:22, 28 July 2013 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Hisnul Muslim

The article Hisnul Muslim has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

There is no assertion of notability in this article, simply a reference to the fact that the book exists and has an ISBN. At present the article is a borderline advert rather than an encyclopaedia article. It may only remain here if it is truly notable, if that notability is cited in reliable sources, and if the promotional content is removed.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Arnoud van Doorn, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Republika and Fitna (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).   Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Muhammad Rashad Salim may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Replaceable fair use File:The-Schmidt-Insect-Sting-Pain-Index,png.png

Thanks for uploading File:The-Schmidt-Insect-Sting-Pain-Index,png.png. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 16:11, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

Time dilation

I think the information you placed in the Time dilation article (which I reverted) would be better placed in another article. Thanks for your comprehension. Coldcreation (talk) 12:19, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Time, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, and ideas—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. The information clearly does not belong in any article, as it is a classic example of wp:original research. I have removed the content from the articles Time and Time dilation. - DVdm (talk) 15:55, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Time dilation. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 16:15, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Time, you may be blocked from editing. - DVdm (talk) 16:15, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Which disruptive editing? this? i just try to talk . Are you try to push me with your authority? rather than talk? alright, then I'm lose. are you really fair with what you talk about. if my information is an original research, then im afraid you must removed most article in wikipedia. after all its just trivia, it said what it said. dont even need to take a research to know it. how about you googling about this to figure its an original research or its just a simple information base on a writting of notable book. ibensis (What’s the Story?) 16:24, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Chapel Hill Shooting 2015.png

Thanks for uploading File:Chapel Hill Shooting 2015.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 22:56, 12 February 2015 (UTC)

Well Mr.Vietcong nuturlizer, we must understand that in wikipedia one must hold neutral point of view and wikipedia is not a place to preaching. You need acceptable sources to claim that wahabism is not islamic, even i believe most literature will state its an Islamic one. And because youre the one who not expert in islamic sect fields, please stay away from editing this theme and provide misleading informations. Thank you. ibensis (What’s the Story?) 02:43, 28 February 2015 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Muhammad al-Amin al-Shinqiti

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Muhammad al-Amin al-Shinqiti requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. ― Padenton |  18:56, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
