How do I create a second new article?

Having had my first article rejected, I have been trying to write a highly modified article covering the same subject, but from a very different viewpoint. Can I do this independently of the first article? If so, how do I do this? IanOverington (talk) 16:35, 17 February 2019 (UTC)

You can edit the article Hyperacuity (scientific term) you do not need to draft your changes, but you will need to provide reliable independent sources for any changes you make. Please also note that Wikipedia is not the place to promote your own work. Theroadislong (talk) 12:12, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
