I honestly didn't know you couldn't have multiple accounts. I apologize if I have breached the rules in anyway, could I at least get a warning telling me what I can and cannot do, I honestly didn't know that creating multiple accounts wasn't allowed, since on most platforms there is nothing against this. Now, I fully understand that creating multiple accounts is not allowed and doesn't contribute to Wikipedia, for which this block was issued, I sincerely promise that I now fully understand this and that like actions should not occur again.I wish to continue contributing to Wikipedia (on the China articles) if I am unblocked, since i have contributed usefully to Wikipedia in the past, i have created articles, translated and expanded stubs on one or two articles. If I was too be unblocked, please may an admin delete the other two accounts. Again, I sincerely promise this wont happen again. I apologize again if in my ignorance I have breached the rules. @Aoidh First I would like to thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. Sorry for bothering you with a long passage, but I feel I have to address some issues. You have mentioned the vandal cabal so I will address that first. Isn't the vandal cabal just for humor, or is joining the cabal literally means that you are a vandal, but then why have the cabal in the first place. Does joining the cabal automatically make you a vandal In the same argument if you look again I have also added my self to the anti-vandalism unit so, I am not quite sure what you are attempting to suggest here. In all honesty I was not going to use that account for vandalism, and neither have I used it for vandalism, joking (badly) is not the same as having the intention to do so. I do not think your point here stands, neither do I think having a sense of humor is the same as serious trouble making but with the rest of your argument I inclined to agree with. Secondly, I now realize messaging myself was not the right thing to do and would appear as deliberate misinformation but then again who really would look at my talk page, I may have "appeared as two people" and been "misleading" but what motive is there behind this, was I trying to convince someone of an argument? Well, no: I asked my self a question on another account to test if someone leaves a message would it ping me. The reason I made it look like 2 people is because if it looked like I was talking to myself that would look quite stupid, again I apologize for being ignorant of the rules. I simply had no idea of sock puppetry and again i would apologize if my actions were seen as such. I don't want to be a pain and would understand if you don't want to read this, but I would rather like to make things to make things clear. @Aoidh Again to the reason why the appeal does not mention sock puppetry or (what you think of) my edits is due to the fact that it says "messing about with multiple accounts" for the reason as to why I was blocked, I thought it was just because of the multiple accounts, if it isn't clear as to for what reason I was blocked, neither does it mention "Sock puppetry" or "edits" how is it possible for me to know what to add in my appeal. I don't want to sound like whining or trying to argue, but I feel like these things need to be addressed. I can only just hope that I will be given a second chance.

I would like to thank you if you took the time to read all of this, I know that you are a volunteer and you don't need to do this but I am extremely grateful that you reviewed my appeal. I do apologize if I have bothered you and if I have been a pain. But please do think about what I have said.

First I would like to apologize to all because of my actions. I would like to apologize for sock puppetry, bad edits. As well as apologize for being misleading. For all of which I was obnoxious to before and @Aoidh has kindly pointed out to me. I created multiple accounts, not to be misleading but since I was ignorant of the rules. It is allowed for multiple accounts on most platforms I have been on, Wikipedia is the first that this has struck me.I was not warned about this either prior the block. I apologize for creating multiple accounts. I messaged myself, but this was not to be misleading, I was ignorant of the rules regarding this, so I apologize again.I messaged my self from another account to see if messages on my talk page would ping me. I was not deliberately trying to misleading. For this I apologize. I joined the Vandal cabal on one account, I vow that this was just humor had no intention to be a vandal. I apologize for doing this and if it appeared I harbored bad intent . My actions can be described as Sock puppetry, I was unaware of this phrase and if my actions seem like this then I can only apologize again. I apologize for any bad edits, please bear with me, I am still new. I know that i am in no position to ask for much, but I hope that you may give me a second chance. There are still many articles I want to translate and more I want to edit regarding ancient Chinese history and culture. I have translated, edited and expanded stub articles and would like to continue. I can only ask for an admin to allow me a new start and if it is not to much trouble, delete the other two accounts.
