Shorter, shorter, shorter

There is SO much in this draft that is not - and likely cannot - be referenced. You can try to improve it by cutting about half, but I still fear that the person in question does not meet Wikipedia's definition of notability. David notMD (talk) 02:38, 11 September 2018 (UTC)
