Gene Simmons edit

Hi there and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed a recent edit that you made at Gene Simmons adding guitar as one of his instruments in his infobox. Previously guitar was a part of the infobox, along with piano and drums. I had felt that since his primary instrument was bass, that bass should be the only instrument in the infobox. I then brought it up on the talkpage, no one argued against it, and I removed it. I'm not saying that I'm right and you're wrong, I'm merely bringing up procedure for potentially controversial edits. My original comments are at Talk:Gene Simmons#Infobox instruments, please feel free to comment there and I'm sure that we (you, the other editors, and I) can reach a consensus that we all can live with. Thanks, J04n(talk page) 14:36, 3 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Daniel Kvist edit

The article Daniel Kvist has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

not clear how this musician meets notability guidelines

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Speedy deletion nomination of Anthony "Abaddon" Bray edit

A tag has been placed on Anthony "Abaddon" Bray requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

December 2010 edit

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to List of people diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Cresix (talk) 16:26, 4 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Tore Moren edit

The article Tore Moren has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hello,

i noticed you edited a Mixed Martial Arts page in August, but you haven't listed yourself as a Participant on the Wikiproject for Mixed Martial Arts pages. I've decided to try to drum up interest to get more people involved!

Warning edit

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Seth Baczynski. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. I already removed the info you added, but you went back and re-added it. Please refrain from adding such contr₧oversial info. Paralympiakos (talk) 23:32, 27 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
