Proposed deletion of Don Gerard

The article Don Gerard has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Small rural town mayor and judging from history, was heavily involved in creating this page. Suggestions of notoriety include solely, one blog with MTV in the title and his music career consists of bands that don't even have pages on wikipedia
