Hi, if you wish to add information about Herb Piece to Wikipedia, in the article simply create a link to non-existant page with theese [[ ]]. In the space put Herb Pierce. Then click on the article and create the page. Normally on Wikipedia articles can only be about people if they are notable see Wikipedia:Notability.
