RE:Pictures

Although your attempts to improve the Pokemon articles are appreciated, as some of the WPPokemon editors have already pointed out, including the images in the article would violate fair use terms. This has been a long-standing policy. While I agree 100% that the articles would be improved with pictures of the Pokemon in them, the only way to do that without inviting ourselves to a lawsuit from Nintendo/GameFreak/Creatures, Inc. would be to pay licensing fees... and since Wikipedia is free, and relies on copyleft materials, it'd be seem kinda silly to pay to have pictures of characters from a (primarily) children's game. --khfan93 (t) (c) 23:27, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
