Hey, welcome. I deleted Marc Stevens (author) because it was empty. If you want to write the article again and resubmit it, that would be fine. If you want to work on it progressively, I'd suggest working on it in your userspace (i.e., any page beginning with User:Harpakhrad11/, for example Harpakhrad11/Marc Stevens (author)) first, since articles that don't meet certain requirements can be deleted right away.
